Extremely pleased with this company's response time. I made a late afternoon call on a Saturday and not only was my call returned but Jeff arrived at my house within an hour. Based on my description of what was wrong and what I had tried before calling he had already anticipated the problem. The work was done promptly and he was off to his next call within the time frame he had given them. The house was already cooler by the time he was leaving.

They arrived on time and very efficiently repaired my A/C. I was happy that they had the motor on their truck, and did not waste time and money obtaining one. Because of our extreme temperatures, it took a little more time to cool than I thought it would be, so I called and left a message at 9 pm that night to tell them they might have to come back the next day. They returned my call within 5 minutes, and said to call them the next morning and they would be right out. Luckily, it was fine by morning, but I was impressed with their service and concern.

I have done business with LJ Refrigeration (for HVAC maintenance) for several years and have always been very happy with your services.  You arrive when promised and I always get the impression that you care more about providing quality service than anything else.  I think the fact that LJ Refrigeration is a family owned and operated business adds an extra element of quality to your service that I have not experienced with other similar companies.
