It’s nice when you call a service provider and someone answers the call. I immediately was happy for that to occur with LJ. Jace was on time in fact arrived an earlier than scheduled but good communication he reached out and asked if it was ok. He was respectful and very efficient. Had a damper motor/actuator replaced. I would recommend for sure and use again for hvac issues.

Our AC went out on a 105 degree summer day in Phoenix. Panicked I went to Reddit to find a reliable local company who wouldn’t try and pressure us into over spending or getting a new unit after a very stressful experience we’d had with Parker and sons the previous summer. I called LJ Refrigeration and the woman who helped me was so friendly and transparent about after hour prices and then said a technician would be there in the next 3 hours. Within 10 minutes I got a text with the name and picture of the tech who was on their way. Jace was incredible kind, calm and helpful. He quickly discovered what was likely the issue, recommended the fix but did not pressure us into any repairs since the AC was back up and running. He did a full inspection and we had AC and peace of mind all within an hour and a half of our initial call to the company. We were truly so happy with our experience and would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely use them for future issues.
